Meet Sabareesh, a passionate entrepreneur and human resources expert with over a decade of experience. Before Prometo, Sabareesh served as a Business Analyst for Randstad. He launched Prometo Consulting in 2014.
Since its founding, Prometo has taken significant leaps under Sabareesh's leadership. A firm believer in 'hiring for attitude and training for skill,' over the last nine years, Sabareesh intentionally on-boards people who exude enthusiasm and passion for work. He then trains them in recruitment skills, from research, sourcing, and screening to shortlisting apt candidates for the hiring mandates.
Sabareesh's approach to recruitment is not just about filling a position but finding the right candidate from the right source. With his analytical mind and technical skills, he mentors his team to seek out the most enthusiastic and committed individuals, even for the most challenging technical positions.
His client-centric approach has earned Prometo Consulting several accolades from satisfied clients. In addition, Sabareesh has led his team in delivering significant recruitment assignments, including cross-border senior-level confidential mandates and hiring for critical positions that have turned businesses around for clients.
Sabareesh's pharmacy and business administration education from Sri Ramachandra University and Anna University has provided him with a strong foundation for his work. He is also on the Board of a pharmaceutical company in Sri Lanka.
But the endeavor to pursue an optimal work-life balance sees him enjoying long drives, during which he spends quality time with family and friends. Exploring new business avenues is also his passion.
At Prometo, Sabareesh has introduced several fun activities. He has allotted spaces for Badminton and cricket within the office premises for employees to engage in team activities that call for physical vigor and mental alertness. A periodic break away from the desk and to the arena goes a long way in energizing people and nurturing team spirit.

Carmel is a highly accomplished professional with nearly two decades of experience in executive search and permanent recruitment. Her tenure at Randstad Executive Search honed her skills in the entire spectrum of senior hiring, making her an expert in the field.
With a remarkable talent for industry mapping, Carmel has successfully placed numerous senior management professionals across various sectors, particularly in manufacturing. Her expertise in professional networking has enabled her to assist clients in fulfilling their critical talent acquisition needs for leadership positions. In addition, she has identified ideal candidates for crucial greenfield projects and board-level positions.
Carmel's cross-border search assignments for clients in the Middle East, USA, and Bangladesh were strategically tailored to suit local approaches to search projects and candidate marketplaces. In addition, her gift for building relationships with clients and candidates has been instrumental in expanding Prometo's client base.
Apart from establishing systems and processes for Prometo's operations, Carmel's responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, branding, and marketing. As for Prometo's growth plans, Carmel aims to leverage robust recruitment and retention methods with attractive performance-based incentives.
Carmel holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Women's Christian College, Chennai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune.
Her interests outside of work include exploring new tourist spots and fine dining establishments and engaging in recreational activities with her friends and family.

At Prometo, Rathika is the go-to person for all aspects of organizational management, including administration, finance, and legal. Beyond that, Rathika is also responsible for building the HR Consulting division, which she has taken on with great passion and energy.
With over a decade of experience in counselling and eight years in recruitment, Rathika's expertise lies in senior-level hiring within the Education and Healthcare sectors. Her dedication to candidate assessment is unparalleled. In addition, she is highly skilled in identifying top talent. Rathika has worked with diverse people from different cultures and demographic groups, providing intervention services and counselling in various capacities.
Rathika's credentials speak volumes - a gold medalist in M.Sc Applied Psychology-Guidance and Counselling from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune. Rathika possesses commendable social skills and she is a natural at networking.
In addition, Rathika is an avid reader and loves to unwind with comedy shows and movies. She is also a fitness enthusiast and enjoys an energetic Zumba workout.
