The grooming of Team Prometo occurred in the bootcamps of a renowned pioneer in the executive search and recruitment space. The team's fast-paced learning was facilitated by top notch stalwarts and professionals with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in a variety of domains. Cognizance of what it takes to close a position, sensitivity to why positions need early closure, the consequences of delays and the impact of candidate fitment gone awry, became sub-conscious second nature.
